VEGAN CHOCOLATE CAKE
1 1/2 cups flour
1 cup sugar
3 heaping tbs cocoa
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
6 tbs oil
1 tbs white or rice vinegar
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup cold water
Mix dry ingredients. Mix wet ingredients, add dry and beat well. Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes. For a layer cake, double the ingredients.
